If you have already reached a certain level in using ShapeMaker, you will probably want to learn some tricks that can speed up the work.
I tried to organize some nice features in ShapeMaker.

AltX, AltF4 - exit ShapeMaker,
F2 - save ShapeMaker project database with a new name,
F3, CtrlO - open a new ShapeMaker project,
CtrlC - call the ShapeMaker settings dialog box,
CtrlS - save the current open project,
CtrlP - set the mode of topological binding to a point,
CtrlL - set the mode of topological binding to the line,
CtrlG - set the binding mode to the grid node,
CtrlX - set the snap mode to the grid line at the X coordinate,
CtrlY - set the snap mode to the grid line in the Y coordinate,
CtrlZ - set the snap mode to the grid line in the Z coordinate,
F9 - set the mode of free movement of the cursor,
F10 - set the mode of orthogonal cursor movement,
F11 - enable / disable the zoom mode of cursor movement,
F12 - enable / disable the mode of moving the cursor in depth from the working plane,
AltW - set new visible volume, windows
AltQ - go to the previous window,
AltS - shift of visible volume, window,
AltA - show the entire visible objects,
AltD - show volume by dimensions of a grid,
AltN - show the menu of named windows,
AltLeft - shift the visible volume to the left,
AltRight - shift the visible volume to the right,
AltUp - shift the visible volume up,
AltDown - shift the visible volume down,
AltBackSpace - undo.
In line editing mode
When specifying a control point:
Ctrl + LeftMouseButton - rectification of control points between the specified on the current projection.
Shift + LeftMouseButton - smoothing control points between the specified.
When specifying a line between two control points:
Ctrl + LeftMouseButton - orthogonal tangents at the end points, if a line adjacent to the end point is indicated on the current projection,
Ctrl + LeftMouseButton - increase the number of control points of the curve, if a line is specified between two intermediate control points,
Ctrl + RightMouseButton - decrease the number of control points of the curve, if a line is specified between two intermediate control points.
In surface editing mode
When specifying a control point:
Ctrl + LeftMouseButton - straightening control points between the specified ones, on the current projection, if a series of points is selected. Interpolation of the region of points, depending on the boundaries of the region, if the region of points is selected,
Shift + LeftMouseButton - smoothing the points area, if the area is selected.
When specifying a line between the control points:
Ctrl + LeftMouseButton - orthogonal location of the line on this projection.
View manipulations
MouseWeel rotation - Zoom in / out
Press MouseWeel - Image Shift
Ctrl + MouseWeel - image rotation (works only in 3D)
I hope you will enjoy it.
